As a proud member of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, Tularosa Communications partners with the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) to connect local organizations with funding opportunities that strengthen the rural communities we proudly serve.
FRS Community Grants are available to:
- Nonprofit organizations
- Schools
- Community groups
- Municipalities
- Other organizations serving the community
If you have a project that will benefit your community, we’d love to help you through the application process.
How to Apply:
- Complete your grant application (see the application form below).
- Submit your completed application to Tularosa Communications by August 21, 2026.
Please note: Applications must be submitted through an NTCA member company, such as Tularosa Communications, to be eligible for consideration.
