    1. Platinum 2026 NM Family Friendly Business Award – recognized at a luncheon in Alburquerque, NM as the organization that goes above and beyond to support our employees.
    2. NMECG Meeting – CEO Daniel Meszler, Marketing Manager Gabriela Eaton, and Network Operations Manager Jerimiah Cole proudly represented our company at this impactful annual gathering in Santa Fe, NM.
    3. NM Fiber Network Meeting – connected with fellow members, reflected on the achievements of 2025, and discussed strategic priorities for 2026.
    4. Otero County Days 2026 – our IT Manager, Mike Rigel, connected with state leaders and engaged in meaningful discussions that support the future of Alamogordo and Otero County.
    5. Broadband Day at the Roundhouse 2026 – celebrated the progress of Connect New Mexico and the strides made toward expanding reliable broadband across our state.
    6. Coffee and Connections – We hosted this event, sharing exciting updates on our company and fiber expansion while connecting and celebrating with our amazing community.

    13. Honorary Commander of the 49th Communications Squadron – Our Marketing Manager, Gabriela Eaton, was inducted as a Honorary Commander of the 49th Communications Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base for strengthening the connection between the military and the community we serve.
    14. WTA Advocates for Rural Broadband – Daniel Meszler traveled to Washington, DC as a member of WTA – Advocates for Rural Broadband.
    15. PELS (President-Elect Learning Seminar) – Gabriela went to Alburquerque, NM to attend the PELS for Rotary Club of White Sands.
    16. Job Fair – our company had a booth at the White Sands Mall to inform the community of open positions.

    25. Sonny Brown Business of the Year – Tularosa Communications was named Sonny Brown Business of the Year for the dedicated Rotarians, Gabriela Eaton, Daniel Meszler, and Lisa Maloy. Gabriela attended the District Conference in Santa Fe.
    26. 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow – Tularosa Communications sponsored the 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow at Holloman Air Force Base.
    27. QuestUSA STEM NMCareer Day – Tularosa Communications connected with over 700 students from Alamogordo, Chaparral, Tularosa, and Mescalero.

    29. Office visits to Representatives – Daniel and Gabriela visited the offices of Representatives Melanie Stansbury, Teresa Legar Fernandez, and Gabe Vasquez, as well as Senators Ben Ray Lujan and Martin Heinrich.
    30. Cloudcroft Municipal Schools Career Day – our company had a booth at the Cloudcroft Municipals Schools Career Day where we informed students about Fibee’s cybersecurity program.
    31. Marketing and Sales Conference – Our Marketing Manager, Gabriela Eaton, was a panelist at the NTCA Rural Broadband Association Marketing & Sales Conference in Boston.
    32. Grand Opening for MATI – Our company attended the grand opening for the new administrative office and data center for Mescalero Apache Telecom Inc.
    33. Hosted the 49th Communications Squadron – Tularosa Communications hosted the 49th Communications Squadron from Holloman Air Force Base at our headquarters to connect with the military community.
    34. ALTUS Award Ceremony – Gabriela attended the ALTUS Award Ceremony alongside many incredible community leaders, military members, and supporters.
    35. 49th Mission Support Group Change of Command Ceremony – Gabriela attended the 49th Mission Support Group Change of Command Ceremony to actively engage with communities that serve us.
    36. Annual Employee Health Fair – Hosted our annual Health Fair with vaccinations, resources, and wellness tips. This employee-focused event was a great success.

Fibee crash – landed on Earth in September of 2024, and since then, he’s become an integral part of our team. 

We’re overflowing with joy as he’s been embraced by the community, and it’s clear that Earth has become his new home.

Fibee is fascinated by our world, our values, traditions, and the sense of belonging that pulses through everything we do. He’s especially amazed by one thing: our fiber internet technology. The thought of being able to video call home anytime he wants has made him feel even more connected to us. With that newfound freedom, Fibee has decided to stay longer, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

The bond we share with Fibee will only grow stronger, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things we’ll accomplish together. The adventure is just beginning!
